These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services, including new boiler installations, next day installations, and our financing options in partnership with Kanda Finance. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. About Us
Narmis Boilers is a trusted provider of brand-new boiler installations, offering both standard and next-day installation options. We also provide flexible payment options, including full payments and financing options through Kanda Finance. Our services are available across the UK.
2. Services Offered
We provide the following services:
- Boiler Installation: Supply and installation of brand-new boilers.
- Next-Day Installation: Subject to availability, we offer the option of next-day boiler installations.
- Payment Options: Customers can pay for their boiler installation in full or finance it through Kanda Finance, subject to eligibility.
3. Eligibility for Financing
To apply for financing, you must meet the following conditions:
- Be a UK resident.
- Be over the age of 18.
- Have a valid UK bank account and credit history.
- Subject to approval from Kanda Finance.
Kanda Finance will perform a credit check as part of the application process. The decision to grant financing is at the discretion of Kanda Finance.
4. Next-Day Installation
Next-day installation is subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee same-day or next-day services in all circumstances.
To qualify for next-day installation, you must place your order before [Insert Time] on the preceding business day, subject to stock availability.
Our team will contact you to confirm the installation date and time.
5. Payment Terms
Full Payment: You can opt to pay for your boiler installation in full at the time of booking.
Finance Options: If you choose to finance the boiler installation through Kanda Finance, monthly repayments will be structured based on your credit agreement with Kanda Finance.
6. Customer Responsibilities
You must provide accurate information when placing an order or applying for finance.
You must ensure that the installation site is accessible and that necessary preparations are made before our engineers arrive.
You are responsible for ensuring that payment is made in accordance with the agreed terms, whether in full or via financing.
7. Privacy and GDPR Compliance
At Narmis Boilers, we are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Data Collection: We collect personal information such as your name, address, contact details, and payment information to process your order and facilitate the installation of your boiler. Additionally, Kanda Finance will collect and process your financial details to assess your eligibility for financing.
Data Usage: The personal information you provide will be used exclusively for the purpose of providing our services, including processing your installation order and financing application. We will not use your data for marketing purposes unless you have explicitly consented to this.
Data Sharing: We may share your personal information with Kanda Finance for the purpose of processing your financing application. Your data may also be shared with third parties where required by law or to protect our legal interests.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

All boilers installed by Narmis Boilers come with a manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty period and coverage vary depending on the boiler brand and model. Please refer to the warranty documentation provided with your installation for specific terms.
In addition, we offer a workmanship guarantee for the installation. Details of this guarantee will be provided at the time of installation.
10. Liability
Narmis Boilers will not be held liable for any indirect or consequential loss, damage, or injury arising from the installation or use of the boiler unless caused by our negligence. Our liability is limited to the cost of the installation and any applicable warranty.
11. Changes to These Terms and Conditions
Narmis Boilers reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email or on our website. By continuing to use our services after such changes, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms and Conditions.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
